Project Management Style

The project management style that we chose to use is Lean UX Agile. This is a type of Agile Methodology that focuses on solution based design approach and iteration of design. 

Lean UX is inspired by the Toyota Process and has become the foundation of Agile. It follows the cycle of think, make, and check. This is the right methodology for our project because of the focus on interactive design and the focus on trying to waste less of the "8 Key Wastes" (fig. 1).
